The Managing a Fire Company (MFC) Training and Certification Program is 100% based on the textbook authored by John Brunacini and Tim Dietz. The MFC program is designed to first instruct, train, then evaluate and certify Fire Department Company Officers working on fire companies assigned to Operations. The MFC program provides Fire Departments with a turn-key training and certification system that actually makes sense while also greatly reducing the overall liability of the department.
